Ingredients:
1) Milk 250 gm
2) Sugar 40 gm
3) Yolk 2 nos
4) Vanilla
5) Cinnamon
6) Raisins 15 gm
7) White Bread / Croissants4 slices
8) Butter melted 50 gm
9) Brown Sugar
10) Aluminum Bowl / Dish
Method:
1) brush melted Butter on one side of the Bread Slices ... trim edges ... sliced Bread into triangles ... arrange in Aluminum Bowl / Dish
2) add raisins ... *any dried fruits / chocolate / nuts ...
3) in a pot / pan ... warm over medium heat ... do not boil ... Milk ... 1/2 amount of Sugar ... put aside for use
4) in a mixing bowl ... whisk Eggs ... with 1/2 amount of sugar
5) add warmed Milk Cream ... whisking at the same time ... sieve to remove foam
6) filled Aluminum Bowl / Dish with Liquid Mixture ... sprinkle with Brown Sugar over the surface ... place in baking tray with water in tray
7) poach bake in oven for about an 1 hour ... 150*C ...
8) done when pudding does not move when given a light shake
