Scotch Broth / Barley Broth (Basic with Radish)

this is my personal version ...
i used chicken drumlets  ...
and have added radish to the basic ingredients ...
i ran out of pearl barley and have decided to use another type of barley ...
personal i prefer the corn and pearl barley version ...



























 Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
600 ml ... water / stock
10 g ... barley
10 - 20 g ... onions
10 - 20 g ... carrots
10 - 20 g ... celery
10 - 20 g ... leeks
10 - 20 g ... radish
1 ... bay leaf
1/4 tsp ... dried thyme
1/4 tsp ... dried parsley
salt ... to taste and adjust
pepper ... to taste and adjust

note: do not serve bay leaf, not for consumption
